Neither is payments. This page explains how HashBack Solutions actually works — how we build, how we engage, and what we expect from the people we build for. Read it before you talk to us. It will save us both time.
Software is not magic.
Neither is payments.
Behind every dashboard, API, wallet, reconciliation report and notification is a pile of engineering, business rules and decisions that someone has to get right.
HashBack Solutions exists to do exactly that.
We build digital systems around the way businesses actually operate. Not around whatever workflow happened to be convenient for the developer who built the software.
HashPay is our payments infrastructure for businesses that need to collect, send, reconcile and manage mobile-money transactions without turning every payment into a manual exercise.
We are not interested in building software that looks impressive in a demo and falls apart when real users arrive.
HashBack is an engineering company.
That probably explains quite a lot about us.
We are direct. We move quickly. We ask questions when something does not make sense. We would rather fix a problem than schedule three meetings to discuss why the problem exists.
We do not worship bureaucracy.
If your business requires a particular workflow, tell us what the workflow is. If the existing system cannot handle it, we look at what can be changed.
And yes, sometimes the answer is simply that the third-party provider is having a bad day.
For HashPay, reliability matters more than pretty dashboards. Payments are not a feature you casually bolt onto a system and hope for the best. Transactions need to be traceable, callbacks need to be handled, balances need to make sense and reconciliation needs to survive contact with reality.
We do not expect every client to understand code.
We do expect you to understand your business.
Tell us:
That is far more useful to us than a 30-page document filled with corporate vocabulary.
We can translate a business process into software.
We cannot translate "I just need something like what other companies have" into a sensible system without asking a lot of questions first.
Our best clients are not necessarily the biggest companies in the room.
They are the people who actually understand the problem.
That might be:
If you are integrating HashPay, having someone who understands APIs, webhooks, authentication and basic transaction flows will save everyone time.
If you are commissioning a custom system, having someone who understands your internal workflow is even more important.
You do not need to know how to build the system. You need to know what the system is supposed to solve.
Do not come to HashBack with:
Come with:
Now we have something to work with.
That last one is usually where the interesting work is hiding.
We will handle the engineering. You handle knowing your business.
