No feature is held back for a longer plan. A longer term only lowers what you pay per month. Disbursement fees are charged per payout by amount, on every plan.

Pay As You Go After your first month
Only pay when a customer actually pays

Once you have completed your first month on a subscription, you can switch to Pay-As-You-Go instead of renewing. There is no monthly fee — every prompt that reaches your customer's phone is charged at your own credit rate: KES 0.80 on Regular, KES 0.50 on Silver, KES 0.35 on Premium. What the customer does next does not change the charge — a cancelled or ignored prompt was still delivered. A request that never reaches the phone is not charged.
