The same price whether you send on the shared sender or your own sender ID, to any Kenyan network. Top up your SMS wallet by M-Pesa and every message is paid for from it.

  • One unit covers a message of up to 168 characters; each further 168 adds a unit.
  • Emoji or curly quotes switch a message to Unicode, which fits far fewer characters per unit — the composer shows the count before you send.
  • A message the network rejects is refunded straight away; a failed delivery is refunded when its report comes back.

  • A signed authorization letter on your letterhead, stamped, authorizing HashBack Solutions Ltd to register the sender ID for you — we give you the template
